This chapter presents for the first time a summary of information about the construction and decoration of the Church of St. Jiljí (St. Giles) in Svitavy. It deals with the construction history of the church and with the artistic decoration of its interiors. The authors pay the greatest attention to the so-called "All Souls' Chapel", which was created in direct connection with the patronage of the Olomouc Bishop Karl von Lichtentstein-Castelcorno.
