This summer school provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of geopolitical power dynamics in the Indo-Pacific region, with a particular focus on the EU’s engagement and the strategic responses of Southeast Asian countries. A key theme was the evolving situation in Myanmar, analyzed through various regional approaches to the ongoing crisis, as well as broader discussions on Myanmar’s history, ethnic diversity, and international role.
