Regarding the fact that the Czech Discrimination law provides protection to victims of discrimination, which is enshrined in the Act N. 198/2009 Coll, Anti-Discrimination Act (abbreviated as "ADA") this contribution will provide comment on procedural aspects of Czech Discrimination law as well as on key decisions of the Czech Supreme Court and the Court of European Union and evaluate the effectiveness of Czech anti-discriminative legislation.
