Dynamics of enzymes during pathogenesis of Fusarium oxysporum on pea seedlings

  • Original language description

Enzymes involved in plant defence responses have a direct antimicrobial activity or participate in synthesis of defence substances. In the host-pathogen interaction Pisum sativum - Fusarium oxysporum the role of enzymes included in the active oxygen metabolism was studied. Dynamics of peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase were investigated in susceptible and resistant pea genotypes
