Original language description

Chemiluminescent emission intensities of CLAs (CLA, MCLA, and FCLA) were measured in aqueous and micellar solution in the presence of H2O2 and CuSO4 or H2O2 and NaOCl. For the differentiation between 1O2 and O2- dependent chemiluminescence SOD and NaN3 were used. The results of quenching of CLAs luminescence were unambiguous and only the results of quenching of MCLA luminescence by SOD confirmed the presence of O2. They are dependent on temperature.
