The work is focused on the important aspects of in vitro conditions (culture medium, growth regulators- BAP, kinetin, IBA, ABA, GA3) on the cucumber embryos in the different stages of development. Cytokinins generally increased number of regenerated embryos. The viable plants were obtained from embryos in every stage of development.
