We introduce a general concept of annihilators in universal algebra. For theso-called annihilator variety we show that the annihilator is an ideal. Wepresent conditions under which the annihilators of singletons arepseudocomplements in their ideal lattices.

Czech description

Zavádí se obecný pojem anihilátoru v univerzální algebře. Pro tzv. anihilátorové variety jsou anihilátory ideály. Studují se podmínky, za kterých je anihilátor jednoprvkové množiny pseudokomplement ve svazu ideálů.
