    Progress in research of Cucurbitaceae protoplast cultures.

    Regeneration of intact plants from protoplasts has been achieved in Cucumis sativus and Cucumis melo using various isolation and cultivation protocols. The aim of this paper is to report about some our recent results in the research of Cucurbitaceae protoplasts cultures.

    Regenerace rostlin z protoplastových kultur byla získána u Cucumis sativus a Cucumis melo. Úmyslem práce je referovat o našich současných výsledcích ve výzkumu protoplastových kultur čeledi Cucurbitaceae. Zdrojem protoplastů byly kalusy, mezofyl a etiolované hypokotyly. Mikrokalusy byly získány pouze u Cucumis sativus linie SM6514.
