    Contact symmetries of the Helmholtz form

    In this paper, vector fields which are symmetries of the contact ideal are studied. It is shown that contact symmetries of the Helmholtz form transform a dynamical form to a dynamical form which is variational (i.e. comes as the Euler?Lagrange form froma Lagrangian). The case of dynamical forms representing first-order classes in the variational sequence is analysed in detail, which means, by the variational sequence theory, that systems of ordinary differential equations of order are concerned.

    V článku jsou studována vektorová pole, která jsou symetriemi kontaktního ideálu. Je ukázáno, že kontaktní symetrie Helmholtzovy formy transformují nevariační dynamickou formu ve variační (tj. v Eulerovu-Lagrangeovu formu nějakého Lagrngiánu). Podrobně je analyzován případ dynamických forem, které reprezentují třídy prvního řádu ve variační posloupnosti, tedy, jak plyne z teorie variačních posloupností, jsou studovány systémy obyčejných diferenciálních rovnic řádu .
