Application of the fuzzy weighted average of fuzzy numbers in decision-making models

Original language description

The paper deals with the operation of fuzzy weighted average of fuzzy numbers. The operation can be applied to the aggregation of partial fuzzy evaluations in fuzzy models of multiple criteria decision making and to the computation of expected fuzzy evaluations of alternatives in discrete fuzzy-stochastic models of decision making under risk. Normalized fuzzy weights figuring in the operation have to form a special structure of fuzzy numbers; their properties will be studied and the practical proceduresfor setting them will be proposed. A fuzzy weighted average of fuzzy numbers with normalized fuzzy weights will be defined, an effective algorithm of its calculation will be described, and its uncertainty will be studied.

Czech description

Článek pojednává o operaci fuzzy váženého průměru fuzzy čísel. Tato operace může být využita k agregaci dílčích hodnocení ve fuzzy modelech vícekriteriálního rozhodování a k výpočtu očekávaných fuzzy hodnocení variant v diskrétních fuzzy-stochastických modelech rozhodování za rizika. Normované fuzzy váhy vystupující v této operaci musí tvořit speciální strukturu fuzzy čísel; v článku budou studovány jejich vlastnosti a budou popsány praktické postupy jejich zadávání. Poté bude definován fuzzy vážený průměr fuzzy čísel s normovanými fuzzy váhami, bude popsán efektivní algoritmus jeho výpočtu a bude studována neurčitost výsledku této operace.
