Phenacyl Esters of Acetic Acid Derivatives and Their Application for the synthesis of 2-Oxo-4-phenyl-5-(phenylhydrazono)-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-derivatives
Original language description
Coupling of various substituted phenacyl acetates 1 and diazonium salts 3 was studied. If the phenacyl acetates were substituted by electronaceptor group such as CN or COOEt 3-substituted phenyl-5-(phenyl-hydrazono)-5H-furan-2-ones 4 were formed. Also synthesis of aza and diaza analogs is described. The compounds were characterized using MS and NMR spectroscopy.

Fenacyl estery derivátů octové kyseliny a jejich využití pro syntézu Synthesis of 2-Oxo-4-phenyl-5-(phenylhydrazono)-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-derivatives
Czech description
Rovněž byly popsány aza a diazo analobgy. Všechny látky byly charakterizovány za pomocí MS a NMR.
