  • Original language description

    Dried Chlorella vulgaris cells were magnetically modified by contact with water-based magnetic fluid stabilized with perchloric acid in order to prepare a new type of magnetically responsive biocomposite material. This procedure enabled a simple separation of modified cells by means of strong, permanent magnets. The prepared material was used as a new inexpensive magnetic adsorbent for the removal of water-soluble dyes.

    Sušené buňky Chlorella vulgaris byly magneticky modifikovány kontaktem s magnetickou kapalinou stabilizovanou kyselinou perchlorovou za účelem přípravy nového typu magneticky citlivého biokompozitního materiálu. Tato procedura umožnila jednoduchou separaci modifikovaných buněk silnými permanentními magnety a připravený materiál byl použit jako levný magnetický sorbent pro odstraňování barev rozpustných ve vodě.
