The paper is concerned with the existence of positive solutions of singular fractional boundary value problems. The nonlinearities f(t,x,y,z) are Carathéodory functions and f is singular at the value 0 of its arguments x,y,z. The existence results are proved by the combination of regularization and sequential techniques with the Guo-Krasnoseľskii fixed point theorem on cones.
