Indirect Laser-induced Fluorescence DETECTION IN CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS
Original language description
Methods using capillary electrophoresis with indirect laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-ILIF) for separation and detection of various types of analytes are described in this paper. The main focus of the review lies on the using LIF detector equipped with an argon ion laser having an excitation wavelength of 488 nm. Theoretical aspects of coupling capillary electrophoresis with LIF detection and choosing of the proper background electrolyte for indirect detection was discussed as well.
