    Here we report the development of the methodology for calculation of the small molecule permeation through the lipid membranes by means of molecular dynamics simulations and by means of quantum chemical calculations. We are comparing the benefits of bothmethods in accuracy and speed. The developed methodology was tested on a set of molecules provided by Procter and Gamble.
