This paper is devoted to the study of some algebraic properties of tensors of type (1,3) which have the properties similar to Riemannian tensor on manifolds with affine connection. The investigations are related to certain decompositions of these tensors. The criteria are connected with systems of coordinates and some components of the tensors mentioned above.
