In the article we will introduce the issue of spacial orientation of persons with visual impairment training. We will concentrate on the use of modern (up-to-date) aids supporting the spacial orientation. Firstly, we will deal with different aids and then with audio-tactile maps that are being developed under the project TAČR TL01000507.
