This interactive workshop and lecture was organized by the Department of Anthropology and Health Studies, Faculty of Education, Palacky University, Olomouc, Department of Health Education, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, Brno and the Association for the promotion of health and health education (ID 22767819). The lecture was presented by Doc. dr. Stojan Kostanjevec, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Education. The official language was English. This event was attended by a total of 50 individuals who were awarded a Certificate of completion. The participants acquired and deepened their knowledge particularly in the area of education towards proper nutrition and the issues of eating and nutrition habits in European countries. The focus of thelecture and workshop corresponded with the content specified by the Framework educational programme for elementary education in the Czech Republic, and specifically with the subject of 'People and Health'.
