This specialized interactive workshop and lecture were held by the Department of Anthropology and Health Education, Faculty of Education, Palacky University, Olomouc, Department of Health Education, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, Brno, and theAssociation for the promotion of health and health education (ID 22767819). The lecturer was Doc. dr. Stojan Kostanjevec, Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana. The official language was English. The lecture was attended by a total of 50 participants, who were awarded certificates of completion. The participants acquired and deepened their knowledge and skills particularly in the area of education of proper child nutrition and the issues of school eating in European countries, especially in Slovenia. The focus of the lecture and workshop corresponds with the content specified by the Framework educational programme for elementary education in the Czech Republic, and specifically with the area of 'Man and health'.
