Original language description
The aim of this paper is to carry out the investigation and analysis of university teachers' job burnout and put forward countermeasures in order to give some reference and help to improve this unhealthy phenomenon. There are mainly five parts of this paper. Results show that (1) There are significant differences in the level of emotional burnout between married teachers and single teachers. (2) There is no significant differences in the level of emotional burnout and overall between male teachers and female teachers. (3) Age and low sense of achievement were associated with a higher degree of negative correlation. (4) There is no significant differences in the level of various factors and overall among different professional tittles. (5) It is possible to alleviate the teacher's burnout to a certain extent through social support and individual adjustment.
