Original language description
The topic of developing competence for entrepreneurship is one of the current topics of school and extracurricular education and is closely related to the content of several educational areas, key competencies, or cross-cutting topics also in basic curriculum documents of the Czech Republic. Education and development in the field of entrepreneurship aims to help pupils orientate themselves in the labor market, in the economic and business sector, to communicate effectively and solve problems, and to effectively use ICT and foreign languages. Entrepreneurship education is also related to the development of skills for the 21st century (21st CS), which can be an inspiration for the creation of a progressive design of the learning environment that supports the development of the necessary competencies. The publication focuses on the development of teacher skills focused on 21st century skills and entrepreneurship education, taking into account the core themes supported by the European Commission, such as inclusion, innovation and quality improvement through an interactive learning environment and enhanced knowledge transfer.
