Original language description
This article deals with dancing P.E. lessons and their possibilities to influence of fitness of girls. Because dance offers so much to the total development of students in the physical, intelectual, aesthetic, cultural, emotional, and social spheres, itshould be included as an integral part of physical education. Teaching style had a significant effect on the activity. The direct teaching style was more effective in eliciting steps from participants. Students in the direct teaching-style lessons accumulated a grand mean of 2,858 steps compared to 2,742 steps in the problem-solving teaching-style lessons
