Sedentary lifestyle together with declining physical activity have been monitored a lot during past decades. Dance is one of the ways which may increase PA and thus also one's self-perception and self-esteem. Dance is a natural type of movement with longhistorical and cultural traditions. However, in different countries' educational systems it has been represented in various ways.
