Original language description

A municipality is composed of several sectors of which some are key factor of success. There is allocated the most of available energy and the focus: the economy, finance, and property sectors. The paper itself focuses, as the municipalities do, to the identification of potential risks occurring within the economic cycles of municipality's economic life, and solving them through the formulation of suggestions for a financial coverage through reasonable insurance solutions. These are putted together using the following methods: identification of the risk, appropriate financial coverage of risk through insurance, and insurance products for municipal clients especially offered by insurers on the Czech market of insurance.

Správa obce či města se zabývá několika oblastmi, z nichž některé tvoří klíčové faktory úspěchu. Jednou z nejdůležitějších činností místní správy je činnost zaměřená na ekonomiku, finance a majetek obcí a měst. Příspěvek je zaměřen na identifikaci potenciálních rizik při hospodaření municipalit a navržení jejich odpovídajícího finančního krytí pojištěním. Použitými metodami jsou: identifikace rizik a stanovení profilu rizika, příslušné finanční krytí rizika pojištěním a přiřazení pojistných produktů z nabídky pojistitelů specializujících se na pojištění obcí a měst na českém pojistném trhu.
