Original language description
This paper describes the application of evolutionary algorithms to enviromenta and economical data analysis. The standard genetic algorithm and its operators are described. In particular the extension to the genetic algorithm - a grammatical evolution algorithm was used to generate automatically new regression models of crop yield data. The grammatical evolution is an algorithm capable of generating symbolic representations of mathematical models. The grammar used for generating the models in symbolic form is described and two new generated models are presented and the results are compared to an existing empirical model.

Czech description
Článek popisuje aplikace evolučních algoritmů na analýzu enviromentálních a ekonomických dat. Je popsán standardní genetický algoritmus a jeho operátory, dále je popsáno rozšíření tohoto algoritmu - gramatická evoluce, které bylo použito pro automatickégenerování regresních modelů výnosu úrody. Gramatická evoluce je algorimus schopný generovat symbolické reprezentace matematických modelů. Je popsána gramatika použitá pro grenerování modelů v symbolické formě a jsou pospsány dva nové modely porovnané seexistujícím empirickým modelem.
