Original language description
This paper indicates a new possible ways and the key issues of contemporary non-food related agribusiness development and their economic content related to process of globalization. The paper explains, that the problem faced by the whole globalised market and thus also by the Czech Republic, i.e. how to sustain competitive on an increasingly globalised market. Non-food processing agriculture production contributes to recognition of non-production function of agriculture together with a new potentialityof agriculture sector. Non-food processing agriculture is taking advantage to transform biomass to source of power i.e. biofuel (agrofuel). Biomass can be used directly for heating or power. It is material derived from recently living organisms, which includes plants, animals and their by-products, f. e.: manure, garden waste and crop residues are all sources of biomass.
