In the scientific paper are presented results of research MSM 6215648904, (Brno, 2008) in the area of strategical decision making of business management with a view to methods of decision making which make to the company possible to react changes in entrepreneurial environment. Quick changes especially in external environment require from business management to use new approaches and methods of decision making, well conceived algorithm which make possible to fill customer demands quickly. The research results argue for the necessity of improvement of strategic management of business management with using of principles of knowledge management and with complying with economic and financial relationship.

Ve vědeckém příspěvku jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu MSM 6215648904, (Brno, 2008) v oblasti strategického rozhodování podnikového managementu se zaměřením na metody rozhodování, umožňující podniku reagovat na změny v podnikatelském prostředí. Rychlé změnyzejména v externím prostředí vyžadují od podnikového managementu volbu nových přístupů a metod rozhodování, jeho dobře koncipovaný algoritmus, umožňující pružné reagování na potřeby zákazníků. Výsledky výzkumu prokazují potřebu zdokonalení procesu strategického řízení podnikového managementu s vyžíváním zásad znalostního managementu a s respektováním ekonomických a finančních souvislostí.
