Original language description
Higher education in the Czech Republic has undergone many changes in the last twenty years. By means of the declaration called Bologna Declaration there have been created three stages of higher education -- bachelor, master and doctoral. The ECT Credit system created by the Bologna Declaration in 1999 as well allows students take part in mobility during their studies giving them the possibility to study abroad. In the last two decades there has been a gradual increase in number of students at universities. Between 1989 and 2008 the number of students increased 3.25 times. There was also an increase in number of educational institutions which have accreditation for study programs. However in the last couple of years there has been a stagnation of prospective students number because of adolescence of weaker classes and the not favorable prognoses of new-borns. The goal of this article is a draft of processes that are in progress when managing the relationship with potential students. It
