The extraction and identification of phenolic compounds is presented from five different sea algae samples, two brown algae (Cystoseira abies + Cystoseira abies dried with nitrogen , Undaria pinnatifida) and two red algae (Sargassum muticum, Chondrus crispus) via solid phase extraction (SPE) using Oasis uElution plate.
