    Developed pre-concentration method is based on the principle of stationary neutralization reaction boundary -NRB and its combination with ligand - chelating agents. A stationary ligand step gradient- LSG is created in the column with two adjancet electrolytes branches of different chelating power and pH. Metal complexes were pre- concentrated, focused and analyzed using the combination of this developed method with subsequent mobilization and on-line ITP analyzes. A continous dosing technique was used for the lowering the detection limit ca. two orders of magnitude.
