Novel transesterification biocatalysts based on lipases immobilized on graphene oxide

  • Original language description

Novel biocatalysts based on selected hydrolases and graphene oxide nanocarrier prepared by Stadenmaier method were developed and studied in this work. The hydrolytic activity of lipases from Rhizopus oryzae,Penicilium camembertii, and Candida rugosa physically adsorbed on graphene oxide was investigated using p-nitrophenyl laurate as a substrate in selected organic solvents.
