The influence of titavin on the technological parameters of brewing barley
Original language description
Titavin is a fertilizer containing 4,5 g of titanium in one litre. The aim of experiment was verified the influence of the aplication of this fertilizer on the yield and technological parameters of spring barley in three different stations. It is evidentfrom these results that the leafy nutrition by Titavin favourably influences the qualitative parameters - contents of starch, proteins and extract level. The contents of starch increased about 1,4% after the fertilization with Titavin, the proteins declined about 1% after the attending the several cultivars by Titavin and the extract as far as 0,9%. The best results were achieved after the aplication of Titavin in combination with solution of urea.
