Original language description
The paper deals with the implications of changing conditions of pig meat production on the market of EU 27. The analysis is aimed on the development of pig meat exports and the main factors affecting the production costs of European producers of the pigmeat, compared with producers in selected World pig meat production centres. Through this analyses and comparison of prices is demonstrated a distinct trend in this sector within the EU 27 and selected pig meat production centres.
