Professional project management as a prerequisite for effective management of regional projects
Original language description
Project management or systematic management which takes into account both internal and external influences, is a relatively young field, but it forms the basis for successful and efficient running of a project. Project management methods are very important and have successfully and effectively been used by many international and national companies especially in the field of regional development. In this age of globalization, efforts to effectively and consistently manage, lead and coordinate the variousprocesses in a company, plays an increasingly important role in the integrity and homogeneity of management principles. This effort corresponds to the implementation and application of the principles of project management (project management - PM), whose standards (baselines) provide the desired uniform approach and procedures in the management process.
