Original language description

The aim of the paper is to give information on the procedure of determining the minimum requirement for band saw blades for the continuos operation of a PRIMULTINA band headrig in the production of hardwood and softwood lumber. The paper assesses the consumption of band saw blades under actual working conditions (the saw rips unbarked logs in a production line without a metal detector) in the Křtiny Training Forest Enterprise (TFE) sawmill in Olomučany. Results of the method of study and calculations consist in the determination of the necessary number of saw bands for everyday working requirements. With respect to working losses, the annual consumption of band saw blades is determined for ripping hardwood and softwood logs for one-shift to three-shiftoperation. Ways for increasing the effectiveness of saw band management are presented (integration of a metal detector, barking machine and the pre-sawing disc of a band saw into the production line and cleaning the butts of logs).

Zhodnocení spotřeby pilových pásů kmenové pásové pily na pile ŠLP v Olomučanech

Cílem příspěvku je seznámit s postupem stanovení minimální potřeby pilových pásů pro plynulý provoz kmenové pásové pily Primultina při výrobě listnatého a jehličnatého řeziva. Příspěvek hodnotí spotřebu pásů při konkretních pracovních podmínkách (pila rozřezává neodkorněné výřezy bez detektoru kovů ve výrobní lince) na pile Školního lesního podniku Křtiny v Olomučanech a výsledkem metodiky sledování a výpočtu je určení nezbytného počtu pilových pásů pro každodenní operativní potřebu. S uvážením provozních ztrát je určena roční potřeba pásů pro rozřezávání jehličnatých a listnatých výřezů pro jednosměnný až třísměnný provoz. Uvedeny jsou cesty k zvyšování efektivnosti hospodaření s pilovými pásy (zařazení detektoru kovů, odkorňovače a předřezávacího kotouče pásové pily do výrobní linky a čištění čel výřezů).
