This work is dealing with meaning of the Krtiny Arboretum for an ecological education not only students of MUAF Brno but and public too. Main focus is done on an ussing of a nature trail "Native trees" that was inagurated in 1996. Et present, the collection includes about 140 taxa native species.

Příspěvek se týká významu Arboreta Křtiny pro ekologickou výchovu nejenom studentů MZLU v Brně, ale i široké veřejnosti. Stručně je popsána historie arboreta a jeho přírodní podmínky. Hlavní důraz je kladen na využití objektu ve výuce a stezky "Domácí dřeviny", která byla instalována v roce 1996 a nyní obsahuje více než 140 domácích druhů dřevin.
