The testing of the effect of growth substances from the group of auxinoids (IBA, NAA) on the development of seedlings and transplants showed that an exogenous application in watering Scots pine with IBA solution at concentrations of 2.5.10-3 M and 1.0.10-3 M on Day 30 after sowing increased the number of lateral roots.

Czech description
V práci byl ověřován vliv růstových látek skupiny auxinoidů (IBA, NAA) na růst semenáčků borovice lesní aplikované 15., 30. a 60. den po výsevu. Výsledky práce prokázaly, že exogenní aplikace zálivkou 30. den po výsevu roztokem IBA v koncentraci 2,5 . 10-3 M a 1,0 . 10-3 M zvýšila počet laterálních kořenů.
