The automation of geotechnical test CBR to design a paving of rural roads
Original language description
Within the geotechnical tests it has been seen necessary to introduce a new test called the cyclic test CBR, to obtain a characteristic of deformation, the module of elasticity. The advantage of the new test is based on the execution of the standardizedmachines, used for standard CBR, making afterwards of the regulatory test. This new test requires much time and concentration of a person. During the test it takes about two hours to make a note of necessary measurement data and to control the machine ofCBR. For this reason it has been seen the need to automate the test. On the one hand the need to automate the movement of the machine and on the other hand the need to automate data acquisition. It has therefore been developed and has been tried to do all the work that has been mentioned as easy as possible.
