The paper focuses on the investigation of the influence of the change of climatic conditions of the environment on the strength properties of the joint between epoxy resin casting and solid wood. When the specimens were exposed to specific climatic conditions: normal climatic conditions (t = 25 oC; w = 30%), extreme climatic conditions (t = 50 oC; w = 90%), and simulated aging (alternating temperatures -30 oC; +50 oC). The influence of the change in environmental climatic conditions on the cast joint's tensile strength and impact toughness values were subsequently investigated for the specimens subjected to these climatic conditions. The study also examines the adhesion and cohesion properties of the joints. Additionally, the paper investigates the quality of structure conversion of the cured casting epoxy resin and the effect of additives such as pigment and wood dust on this property. The results provide insights into the optimal conditions and best practices for using parts made from solid wood-casting epoxy resin.
