Original language description
The process, when a wine sample is treated with a suitable sorbent, followed by supercritical fluid extraction, can lead to the determination of aromatic compounds, contained in wine. This was experimentally verified on some kinds of wine, sonicated withof wine/Amberlite and the time minimum for quantitative supercritical extraction was necessary to find. Then, some kinds of wine were extracted by this procedure under the optimum conditions and selected aromatic compounds were identified and determined
