Genetic evidence for the existence of interleukin-12 and interleukin-12 receptor genes in the horse
Original language description
Four horse IL12-related genes; IL23p19, IL12Rbeta2, IL12p40, and IL12p35 were analyzed. The horse IL23p19 gene consists of 4 exons; its total mRNA length is 1004 bp. The predicted amino acid sequence of the horse IL23p19 sub-unit showed 88% sequence identity with the human sequence.

Czech description
Byly analyzovány geny z genové rodiny IL-12; IL23p19, IL12R beta2, IL12p40 a IL12p45. Gen IL23p19 obsahuje 4 exony, mRNA je tvoří 1004 pb. Předpokládaná AK sekvence subjednotky IL23p19 vykazuje88% homologii s lidskou sekvencí.
