    The aim of the study was to follow the changes of concentration of Se in goat´s milk during supplementation 250 ?g of Se in three organic forms. After 7 days of supplementation only Se-yeast increased significantly the concentration of Se in milk.

    Cílem studie bylo srovnání vlivu suplementace tří organických forem Se na koncentraci Se v mléce. Po 7 dnech se signifikantně zvýšila koncentrace Se v mléce pouze u koz dostávající Se ve formě kvasinek.
