Despite indisputable methodical success achieved recently in the field of chemical substance toxicity determination, the immediate growth reaction of a model plant to the applied substance remains ever important and very informative. It was the aim of this study to evaluate the growth reaction of the aquatic macrophyte plant Lemna minor. A reference toxicant potassium dichromate was tested.
