The use of Raman spectroscopy to differentiate fruit tree honeys from rapeseed honeys
Original language description
In this work were evaluated samples of monofloral, rape and fruit tree honey. 172 monofloral honeys were evaluated and each of these samples was 32 times measured. Raman spectroscopy with subsequent statistical evaluation was used for measurement and subsequent evaluation. Raman spectroscopy was chosen as an alternative method of physicochmenical analysis and melissoapalynological analysis.
