Original language description
Effects of dexrazoxane and antimet upon the iron (II) toxicity were studied. In the biological experiments the Artemia Salina were used as experimental testing organism. Results have shown, that antimet was less toxic as dexra and that pre-medication hasalso a decreasing effect upon the toxicity of anthracycline antibiotics.
