Monitoring of antioxidative effect of homoizoflavonoide in ischemia-reperfusion of laboratory rat kidney tissue
Original language description
The antioxidative effect of homoizoflavonoide has been studied in vitro by determinating peroxidation of lipids and in vivo in the conditions of ischemia-reperfusion of laboratory rat kidney tissue. Homoizoflavonoide was administered orally during 20 days in the dose of 10 mg/kg/day. It results from the determination of enzymes (SOD, GSHPx), overall antioxidative capacity (AOC) and malondialdehyde levels that homoizoflavonoide has protective antioxidative effect. The results of histopathological examination correlate with the biochemical finding.
