The testing was performed in vivo in fifty-five normal blood pressure male Wistar laboratory rats. The tested substances are derivates of arylcarbonyloxyaminopropanols and their difference consists in a different substituent on the molecule aliphatic chain (butyl or isobutyl). The heart rate change was tested on a model of isoprenaline-induced tachycardia. For monitoring of the heart rate the electrocardiograph SEIVA EKG Praktik with appropriate software was used. ECG records were made in the predetermined time intervals. The heart rate change was tested on a model of isoprenaline-induced tachycardia.
