The basic physicochemical properties, acidity and lipophilicity parameters of dibasic ester of 2- and 3-alkyloxy substituted phenylcarbamic acids were estimated (solubility, dissociation constant, logarithm of partition coefficient, RM value obtained byreversed-phase thin-layer choromatography and retention factor from HPLC). For the analyzed set of compounds the experimentally obtained data (solubility, pKa, log P) were completely correlated with those computed using various program packages based onthe associative artificial neural network (ASNN), atomadditive and fragmental methods.

Czech description
Pro dibazické alkylestery 2- a 3-alkoxyfenylkarbamové kyseliny byly stanoveny základní fyzikálno-chemické parametry ? rozpustnost, disociační konstanta, rozdělovací koeficient, RM hodnoty z chromatografie na tenké vrstvě využívající obrácených fází a retenční faktor z HPLC. Experimentální hodnoty (rozpustnost, pKa, log P) byly následně korelovány s vypočtenými hodnotami s využitím programů pracujících na metodách tzv. asociovaných neuronových sítí , atom-aditivních a fragmentových přístupů.
