Original language description
The highest seed yield and the biggest number of fertile tillers in the Czech ecotypes of perennial ryegrass were investigated in plants containing the endophytes Neotyphodium spp. The relationship between the presence of endophytes abd the degree of resistance to the stem rust (Puccinia graminis subsp. graminicola) and the intensity of regrowth was not investigated.

Czech description
Největší počet fertilních stébel a výnos semen byl zjištěn u ekotypů jílku vytrvalého s obsahem endofytní houby Neotyphodium spp. Vliv přítomnosti endofyta na odolnost vůči černé rzivosti trav a na obrůstání nebyl prokázán.
