Original language description
The development of the information and communication technologies brought rapid and immediate sharing of any information virtually without any restrictions in the framework of the community of users of specific information. At the same time but brought the so-called computer crime, information crime and computer piracy. The paper deals with the research of computer crime and especially computer piracy in the primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic. First, basic terms are defined. Following is a description of the research, which was conducted by questionnaire in primary and secondary schools. The obtained data were statistically processed and evaluated. Finally, the contribution is designed to further the education of the pupils in this area.
